password recovery
Here's a idea, why don't you fix your password recovery so I don't have to lose all my points because it doesn't work. Not going to enter another password, I want my original email.

What happen? You wrote me last week telling me that someone from your support team will contact me as soon as possible to help me fix the password problem but I'm still waiting.

The problem support Guy is the same I exposed in my previous message.
Step One. I try to sign in
Step Two. I don´t remember my password so I click on "Forgot your password? and then the page change
Step Three. In the Password Recovery blank case just where it say "Enter your registered e-mail adress" I didi exactly that. I wrote my registered e-mail address. and then I click submit
Step Four. Wait for weeks to receive that e-mail but I don't have nothing in my inbox or in the junk mail.I have try to register again but if I write my e-mail address it say "IN USE"
I'm thrilled that you just tested and worked ok, but I have try this twenty times now with negative results.

I have submited over and over again my e-mail in your password recovery option but you don't send any Email back with the information to reset my password. I have try this for weeks now.

What's the problem with the pass recovery? I just tested it and worked ok. Please let me know so I can check.
